Financial Information
Eastwood Christian Academy, an extension of Eastwood Baptist Church, is a non-profit organization. The school is not designed for making money, which is noted in its restricted requirements for enrollment. Our teachers are hired on a ten-month basis and are dependent on the prompt payment of tuition from each school family.
Registration
- $150.00* Early Registration Fee
- $200.00* Late Registration Fee
*This fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable and varies according to number of students registering.
Tuition
Tuition is payable in ten monthly payments. Any late payment is charged a $25 dollar fee per student each month. All returned checks would also carry a $50 service charge. Returned checks will not be re-deposited at any time. No account will be permitted to be more than 30 days overdue. Student will not be allowed to attend class until the delinquent account is paid. Full time pastorates qualify for a discount.
Discounts are given for second and third child’s tuition.
Book Fees
Preschool & Kindergarten: $175
1st-12th Grade: $350 if paid by June 15th
If a student is financially withdrawn more than twice in a school year, he or she will not be able to return to school and will lose credits for the current semester.
Report cards will not be released nor any records transferred for any student when there is a balance owed to their account. No student will be allowed to graduate until all tuition and fees are paid up to date.
